
Pennsylvania Democratic State Central Committee. Address of the Democratic State Central Committee, To The People of Pennsylvania. 1856.
The Central Committee composed a pamphlet of possible voter questions and answers for the next election. Among the issues discussed are the Bank and Tariff issues referencing the Bankrupt Law, the Independent Treasury and the Whig party. The pamphlet examines the North and South policies about how the government should or should not intervene with slavery.
